Leaked renders of the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra were released a day after the S23 and S23 Plus. In terms of appearance, Samsung seems to be pushing for more of the same between the Galaxy S22 Ultra and the anticipated S23 Ultra.
SmartPrix’s renders show the smartphone’s front and rear. The S23 Ultra has only a few minor modifications from the S22 Ultra. The S23 Ultra’s curving edges are now more square. It’s a detail worth mentioning, but it seems to be a recurring thread throughout Samsung’s impending products.
The leak also revealed a thinner bezel for the S23 Ultra (the slimmest on a Galaxy handset) and flush back camera sensors, unlike the S22 Ultra.

The Galaxy S23 and S23 Plus are iterative enhancements over this year’s versions, however the Galaxy S23 Ultra is reported to include a higher-resolution camera sensor than the S22 Ultra. A rumour from August claims it will have Samsung’s new 200-megapixel sensor, which should provide more detailed photos than the S22 Ultra’s 108-megapixel sensor.
Samsung usually announces its new flagship phones early in the year. The S22 introduced in February, and the S21 in January 2021. That indicates the Galaxy S23 lineup is likely a few months away, with time for leaks.
