Older Samsung foldable phones and smartwatches will soon be able to update to One UI. It is offering multitasking gestures, optimizations for large-screened devices and first-party software enhancements. Other than this a PC-like taskbar for phones, and new watch faces and customizations for Galaxy smartwatches.
One UI 4.1.1 was originally seen on the Samsung foldable Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Z Flip 4. Samsung started bringing out UI 4.1.1 for the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 today. Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 2, Z Flip, and Z Fold will get One UI 4.1.1.
Users of earlier folding phones can use the Taskbar to swiftly move between apps and drag-and-drop programmes to create a split view. A new two-finger multitasking motion lets you switch full-screen apps to pop-up windows or split your screen in half.
Adjust settings, make calls, dial back missed calls, and reply to texts (using voice-to-text) via the cover screen on the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3. Take selfies with the main camera using Rear Cam Selfie.
