How and when to watch Oneplus 10T Launch

The launch event is today (3 August 2022) at 10 AM in the US and 7:30 PM in India. The in-person event is also in New York and Bengaluru. These activities will also be livestreamed on YouTube by the Chinese smartphone company. The brand will launch its second flagship smartphone for 2022 and OxygenOS 13 at this event.

New York’s OnePlus 10T 5G launch begins at 10AM. The ceremony begins at 7:30PM IST. The event will be livestreamed on OnePlus’ YouTube and website. Social media users may watch the OnePlus 10T 5G announcement.

What to Expect

OnePlus has given us a lot of information before the launch event, and the rest has been leaked. The OnePlus 10T 5G will have a 6.7-inch AMOLED full-HD+ display with 120Hz refresh rate. The phone will have up to 16GB of RAM, the most on any OnePlus flagship so far.

The upcoming OnePlus 10T will likely follow the OnePlus 10 Pro announced earlier this year, trimming compromises to deliver a more cheap choice. From leaked renders, the OnePlus 10T will mimic its Pro sibling’s design, lacking some aesthetic touches.

We predict a plastic frame instead of a metal one and potentially camera bump improvements. The flash has been moved to the upper right corner of the camera module, and the camera hump appears to have a curved edge that merges in more naturally with the rear case.

OnePlus 10T will reportedly have a 50-megapixel main camera, an 8MP ultrawide lens, and 2MP macro lenses. Hole-punch selfie camera will be 16MP. Leaked renders hinted it would move to the middle, but OnePlus’ official shots and videos of the 10T have focused on the rear casing, allowing just glances of the front (generally with a dark screen that hides the hole).
OxygenOS 13 is also expected to be a feature of Wednesday’s event. The disastrous rollout of OxygenOS 12 earlier this year means OnePlus has its work cut out for it, and the company’s OS intentions have been confused at best. OnePlus fans will be monitoring Wednesday’s presentation to see if the company’s new OS saves the day.
